Here is a good lesson for everyone ! The last few days I have battled the lower back ache, wow a\u00a0 thing everyone has had happen to them ! Just hold your hands out in front of you and a cold back and load the arms up BOOM ! It’s just hard to catch your breath ! A few days of lightening the work load and a back belt, you’re good to go ! Glaza came to camp and she had a fresh jug of Advil, I do not pop pills, I have always been in an operators world and Tylenol made my eyes fuzzy so just stayed away ! Well everyone takes Advil right, get away from the bad Tylenol so I knew to only take one to see what was going to happen !!! In about 20 min. my skin was crawling around big time and I knew this was not right ! Wow in the Mountains this is a scary thing ! I had welts on my arms and legs, Glaza was ready with the Benadryl\u00a0 and to load and haul ass to Watson Lake Hospital. I had just eaten a big dinner, thinking eat more ! Well I got busy and ate and drank water lots of water ! I think it was all the salt and vinegar chips and with the water, well that seemed to settle things down ! In two to three hrs I watched the welts disappear ! I jumped out of bed this morning and wow all was good ! Just saying it is a bad deal and I will stay away from Advil and wow I think I was Just better off hurting a little.
