New Shop Stove
I like this new stove and moved the old one into the wash house. Things are safer in the wash house and I have try to slow my wood burning down. Make It Last ! Longer burn between loads.
Dog House Build
I built this dog house for a dog that I have drove by on my way home. He needed a good home and he got one! It was a feel good moment for me. I had the plans for awhile. They came from an RCMP Officer that had a dog team and building houses for dogs was his thing. Three sheets ONLY of plywood and a few 2x4s and there you have it ! A Yukon Special good to -50 with an insulated floor off of the cold ground ! With a roof that lifts for cleaning, the door brakes the wind and it is a place she or he can defend right at the door with an advantage of winning the attack in the long dark nights ! I love my dogs and do what I can do ! MinerMan
Lock Up
I do not go out where there are people. Glaza has to move around in this unsafe environment ! What I can do for her is not to be out in it ! My family is and always will be FIRST ! I did not get out much this summer to hunt for gold. Glaza says it is good to be safe and the gold can wait for you ! It has been there for a 1000 years and will be there for you when you get to it. I just love this girl and that is just why !
Flat Out
Winter is here now but I have been a busy boy working away on things. I watch a little TV and wow that’s it and off I go into the shop and work away on a project. There a few I have been working on. MinerMan always starts his day with a good sunrise and cup of coffee and some old rock and roll !
