The Trip Home

By the big shit eating smile on my face you can see we had a good trip home.  It was nice to pull in to a rest area and rest!  Izzi just loved the walks in a Yukon that is seeing changes as fall sets in.  Snow on the Mt tops make for cool air in the valleys.

A Gold Miners Dream

Well when I started the Holloway Bar Mine back in 1996 Glaza was by my side working for the same dream.  We put in a very long hard 22 years at Holloway Bar and 5 years before wandering the McDame Creak Valley from end to end and settling at Holloway Bar.  Glaza was the girl that keep me safe and would put me back together when I was broken.  She was always the one that would keep me working and I was so so proud to be her gold miner.  I wanted her to go out and buy a new car for herself.  She was not going to give up her 2003 Toyota and just loves her car!  I just love this girl crazy, this is what she wanted and we went shopping for just the right one and here it is.  Glaza Izzi and I just love it.  A go to the city rig and stay together as a family.  Bless You Glaza

A New Home

Mr Al was back up north one more time.  It’s was good to see him but it was a work trip.  A good friend helped him out by driving his little truck up while he drove the bigger truck and trailer up to Watson Lake Yukon.  The trip went well and the truck, with it’s 454 pulled it up and down the big MT. hills just fine.  A fellow by the name Howard that needed a home made the buy.  I was happy for Al and happy for Howard that it all worked out.  It was nice to see the set up again and Howard just thinks it’s out of this world !  The Power Pack over the top !  Al you have made this mans day.   Howard has a HOME
