Storm Weather Tarp Town
Here we are the end of June and we have a weather warning out for us in Watson Lake Yukon. I watch weather close. Your life may depend on it ! Crazy weather can come at any time in S/E Yukon. Looked at the forecast and today we played it safe and pulled all the plants in under tarps to keep them safe if things get blowing sideways and we get the thunder lighting and the hail. We have worked hard to get things growing and would like to keep them growing and not get beat down in a big bad storm. 
The Fox
The fox was in the yard last night ! The hunter. Miss Busy Izzy let us know ! Everyone made it and are safe. Seen Willow, she was out this morning. Glaza seen Mr Fox finding what Mr Raven had hidden for a late night snack in the back yard. The fox is away on the move hunting, and it was nice to see him. Land Of The Midnight Sun
Birds
It’s all about baby Birds in the spring, as the North Land grows green the new baby birds are growing at an unreal speed. It is magic ! Having spent long cold winters with their parents they have given me a pass and the little ones come right in for a meet and greet. I just love birds and help them out when and where I can.
